Hello and welcome to my first post here.
I am about to start my adventure into the world of Paleo. What is Paleo? I here you ask. Well, Paleo or The Paleo Diet, is the world’s healthiest diet, and is based upon the fundamental concept that the optimal diet is the one to which we are genetically adapted. The therapeutic effect of The Paleo Diet is supported by both randomised controlled human trials and real-life success stories.
Through this blog, I aim to convert my diet for the better, and share my adventure with you, and maybe you will join me along the way. If you are already on the Paleo Diet, it would be great to share your recipes or ready available Paleo foods that you enjoy.
So for now, I will be preparing my kitchen, as I clear out the old rubbish foods I have left that I have been eating for ever, and replacing with all new Paleo foods and ingredients.
I hope my kitchen transformation will be complete with in the next two weeks, and I will be charting my progress along the way.
